As you may know, marijuana and its cousin, hashish, is legal and tightly regulated in Amsterdam. So tightly regulated that when my friends Josh and Koky Jacobs brought their 10 month old son, Kai, into a coffee shop that sold marijuana, they were asked to take the boy outside since minors weren't allowed in the shop.
