Subhankar Banerjee - 21st century artist

Every generation has a distinct call to arms. Ours is Global climate change, resource depletion (aka Peak Oil) and the preservation of Earth's bio-diversity.

One photographer has captured all these issues in his work: Subhankar Banerjee. Through his photos of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge (ANWR), Banerjee shows us the pristine, bountiful life that exists in an area where most considered desolate and where many would like to exploit for marginal oil and natural gas resources.

See more of his extraordinary work and learn more about the artist at my father's gallery, Michael Berger Gallery.

The Great Waves of Change

The Earthquakes and the Great Waves of Change

The devastating earthquakes in Haiti, New Zealand and Japan are part of the great Earth changes that are coming to our world. These great changes are born of humanity’s misuse and overuse of the world we call home.

Earthquakes are beyond our control, yet the events to come will be born of our errors and those of our recent ancestors. We can and must prepare for these events. To learn more about the Great Waves of change and how to prepare, please visit www.GreatWavesOfChange.org.
